The estate
Chouchalout, consisting of a two-storied main house including a holiday home and a garage, was built in 2002. In addition to an ample, colourful garden, the premises even include a piece of wood land.
Living in unison with nature
With an overhanging roof facing southwards, Chouchalout offers shade for those seeking a fresh breeze. By only using natural insulating materials, its walls can 'breathe', creating a pleasant indoor climate inside the house. Chouchalout can be heated through both a fireplace as well as an electrical heating and is thus also suitable for winter use.
The water at Chouchalout is heated by its own solar heat facility, making showering and dishwashing more environmentally friendly.
